KYC identity verification

Overview

To ensure secure transactions, companies and vendors using the OwlPay service for the first time are required to undergo a legal identity verification process–Know Your Customer(KYC).

Please follow the instruction on the OwlPay KYC identity verification page to fill in the required information.

OwlPay team will conduct identity verification after receiving the information. Once the identity verification is confirmed, you can start using the OwlPay service.

How to take KYC identity verification?

Identity verification - Company

Prerequisite

You are on the Dashboard of a specific company

Follow the steps below:

  1. On the "Payout method is not set" orange block, click "Go"
  2. Refer to Payout extensions > How to set up payout extensions

Identity verification - Vendor

Method one: The company fills in the form for the vendor

  1. Click "Vendor information" on the left-side navigation menu
  2. Click on the name of the vendor on the table
  3. On the "Details" tab > "Payout method not set" orange block, click "Go"
  4. Refer to Vendor information > How to add receive setting

Method two: Vendor fills in
