Managing and using the features on the wallet page.

Note: Only some payout methods have wallet features.

How to view the Wallet

Prerequisite

You have set up Payout extensions

When you enter the "Wallet" page, by default you will see the payout method you have set up on OwlPay.

For example, below is NIUM's wallet page:

How to use the Wallet

Cathay United Bank

Prerequisite

You have set up Payout extensions - Cathay United Bank

This payout extension does not support Wallet feature. If you want to look up the balance, go to Global MyB2B

NIUM

Prerequisite

You have set up Payout extensions - NIUM

On the "Wallet > NIUM" tab, you can

• deposit
• exchange

How to deposit

"Deposit" means transferring your company's money to NIUM's dedicated account, in order to exchange currencies and pay.

Follow the steps below:

1. On the currency you want to deposit, click "Deposit"

2. Follow the instructions to transfer money to NIUM's dedicated account

When OwlPay receives a successful deposit notification from NIUM, the corresponding amount will be displayed on the OwlPay wallet page.

You can see the transaction time, account number... etc. of the deposit in the "Transaction Details" table.

How to exchange currencies

If you need to exchange money through NIUM, follow the steps below.

1. Click "Exchange" at the top right-hand corner

2. Select exchange currency (the following picture shows the conversion of USD to HKD)

3. Enter the amount to be exchanged

4. Enter the remarks of the exchange

5. Click "Next".

6. Click "Confirm".

7. Perform two-stage verification

Exchange record(s) will be displayed in the transaction details table below.

How to set up Automated Clearing House (ACH)

Prerequisites

Your registered country must be in the United States.

ACH is an electronic bank transfer system in the United States that allows for the transfer of funds between bank accounts.

You can set up ACH debits on the Nium BaaS Remit page to deposit funds into the Nium BaaS wallet for payouts through a linked bank account.

To set it up, please follow the steps below.

1. Click Settings > Payout extensions > Settings for Nium BaaS Remit

2. Click +Add

3. Click Start linking

After clicking, you will be automatically redirected to OwlPay's third-party partner platform–PLAID for linking.

4. Click Continue

5. Choose a linking method

Plaid offers you 2 methods for linking bank accounts:

• Instant
• Manual

Method 1: Instant

Log in to the bank account you want to link, and follow the instructions to complete the linking.

Upon successful linking, the screen will display as follows.

If you cannot find the bank account you wish to link, please use Method 2: Manual for linking.

Method 2: Manual

You must manually enter the "Bank Account (Account)" and "Routing Number" for verification.

Please follow the on-screen instructions to enter them in order.

After filling out, PLAID will verify your bank account.

PLAID will deposit $0.01 into your bank account, and you must enter the verification code to complete the verification.

After entering the verification code, the verification is complete.

How to deposit funds using ACH

Prerequisites

1. You have completed setting up ACH
2. You have completed two-step verification

Follow the steps below.

1. Click Wallet > Nium BaaS

2. On the USD balance, click Deposit

Note

Currently, OwlPay only supports ACH for companies registered in the United States, so only USD is supported.

3. Click ACH

4. Select the account you want to deposit into, and enter the amount to deposit

5. Click Next > Deposit

6. Complete two-step verification

After completing the two-step verification, the deposit instruction is complete.

After completing the deposit instruction, you will wait for 2-3 business days.

After receiving a successful deposit notification, the deposit is successful.

VISA Commercial Card and Account Payables

How to view transaction details

Click "Commercial Card and Account Payables" tab, and you can view the transaction details.

Circle

Prerequisite

You have set up Payout extenstions > Circle

How to deposit

"Deposit" means transferring your company's money to Circle's dedicated account, in order to pay.

Follow the steps below:

1. On the currency you want to deposit, click "Deposit"

2. Select the deposit method

There are 2 ways:

• Wire transfer
• USDC

2-1. Wire transfer

Follow the remittance information on the screen and remit the amount to the designated account.

2-2. USDC

Follow the steps below:

1. Select "Mainnet"
2. Choose one of the following methods to deposit: (1) Copy the wallet address (2) Scan the QR Code

Please note

1. Please use the verified wallet address to deposit. (display on the screen)
2. Only support sending USDC to this wallet address
3. Make sure the network is your blockchain mainnet. The example here is using Polygon.
4. Never send NFT to this address.

When OwlPay receives the successful deposit notification from Circle, the corresponding amount will be displayed on the OwlPay wallet page.

You can see the "Transaction Details" below.

How to export Wallet transaction history

Prerequisite

You have made at least 1 transaction using the wallet.

Follow the steps below:

1. Click "Wallet"
2. On the right side of the transaction details section, click "Export"
3. Click "Export".
